  • There is a major technical issue

  • The customer changes their mind
  • The customer provides incorrect informationn
  • The customer does not respond

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the result, we recommend revisions instead of refunds.
We will work with you to improve the floor plan.

To request a refund, please get in touch with us with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for refund

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.

5. Payment Fees

Transaction fees from payment providers may not be refundable.
